Tasks

-Communicate with crew leaders on a continuous basis for submission of proper project paperwork. -Coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, subcontractors, inspectors, and other relevant parties throughout the permitting process -Ensuring that all permits are issued in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. -Apply for permits with necessary State, County, City, and Local agencies. -Draft TCP requests -Coordinate with project management staff to ensure all permits are issued in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. -Communicating with clients about the status of permitting applications and responding to questions about the permitting process. -Coordinating with other departments within an organization to ensure that all permits are issued in a timely manner. -Maintain organized permitting process, including reviewing completeness, following permit conditions, and communicating upon receiving issued permits.

What You Bring

-1 + years prior permitting experience in the state of Colorado. -Clear working knowledge to know when a permit is required for construction projects. -Normal office environment. Routinely works from a sitting position with a computer. Repetitive typing and computer use required. Regular bending, twisting, and light lifting with or without reasonable accommodation. -Demonstrated experience in working within administrative policies, procedures, and operations. -Ability to meet strict deadlines. -Work requires proficiency in the use of word processing software, spreadsheets, and email. -High attention to detail and organizational skills required.
