-Collaborate with leadership to identify priorities and opportunities in the Washington market. -Uphold Stantec’s reputation through community engagement and thought leadership. -Expand our client base and strengthen existing relationships through strategic account management. -Lead business development efforts, including market research, client relationships, and securing contracts. -Support talent development, including hiring, mentoring, and succession planning. -Inspire and motivate teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. -Guide the pursuit and delivery of major water projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. -Ensure operational goals are met and best practices are followed in project management and delivery.

What You Bring

-Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in the water sector. -Experience in project management and technical delivery for municipal or regional infrastructure. -Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams. -Strong business development and sales skills for technical professional services. -Licensed Professional Engineer in Washington State preferred. -Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
