Tasks

-Train apprentices and helpers. -Oversee a three-man crew productively. -Install all sheet metal and duct work. -Assist Welders, Plumbers, and other trades when not installing.

What You Bring

-Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. -Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years. -Must have positive points on state driving record. -Currently owns a personal set of tools required for the trade or willing to obtain upon hire. -Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted. -All driving records are run as part of our pre-employment process and reviewed at the discretion of the Safety Team. -Must have a valid Virginia driver's license. -3+ years of experience in commercial sheet metal work is preferred. -High school diploma or equivalent is required. -Some technical experience or technical school is preferred. -Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted. -Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb. -Able to work irregular and extended hours as dictated by current projects. -Productive time management skills.
