Tasks
-Coordinate and execute the receiving and shipping of IT equipment, including packaging, labeling, and ensuring proper documentation. -Conduct regular physical inventories of all IT equipment within the data center, including servers, storage, networking devices, and peripherals. -Contribute to the completion of other key initiatives as assigned. -Provide general support to the data center operations team, including assisting with moves, adds, and changes as needed. -Escort and assist vendors within the data center, ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols. -Adhere to all data center security and safety procedures. -Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the data center. -Manage the staging and inventory of incoming and outgoing equipment.

What You Bring
-Self-driven and high proficiency of time management. -Basic understanding of IT and computing equipment. -Attention to detail and accuracy. -Cognitive skills required to work in a critical facilities environment including ability to maintain focus, communicate clearly and concisely, respond quickly to requests, follow established processes and ability to complete tasks within targeted time frame to minimize risk of outages or damage to building and high value equipment. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday. -Current valid driver’s license and ability to provide personal transportation. -Strong organizational and time-management skills. -Physical ability to walk jobsites. -Ability and willingness to work after hours, weekends, holidays, overtime as required, and being available 24x7x365. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -High School Diploma or equivalent required. -Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs). -Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook -Ability to travel up to 10%.
