Sell and manage fire alarm and suppression solutions for Siemens in Saudi Arabia.

Tasks
-Establish relationships with key end-users in private, government, and semi-government sectors, along with major engineering design and consulting firms, to identify and influence projects from early stages -Be responsible for the sales performance of your area for indicated product lines. -Coordinates and negotiates proposals in collaboration with the Back Office and supports functions to ensure efficient and effective customer service. -Acts as a fire sales specialist -Develop and implement new and unique strategies for Siemens Fire Alarm Systems. -Provide expert technical/sales consultation on fire alarm and fire suppression systems. -Work in cooperation with other BU’s and other departments leveraging on Cross-BU Selling and leveraging Siemens Overall Brand. -Collaborate with other teams to cross-sell solutions and strengthen the Siemens brand. -Acquires/develops new customer accounts. -Generate profitable sales and engage with clients in a consultative selling approach to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions in Fire Alarm Systems and provide fully integrated Smart Solutions. -Identify and influence early-stage projects by connecting with consultants and key stakeholders. -Promote Siemens products and solutions to consultants, contractors, EPCs, and end-users across various industries. -Oversee the full sales cycle, from project identification and offer compilation to contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with technical standards, managing financial risks, maintaining positive cash flow, and securing favorable terms in line with Siemens Business Guidelines. -Maintain accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools like Salesforce. -Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape and establish strong, meaningful connections with key stakeholders to drive impactful business outcomes. -Maintain accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business forecasts using tools like Salesforce and other CRM applications. -Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to business development strategies.

What You Bring
-Understanding of promoting premium solution with value-selling against price driven market / competitors. -Strong Saudi market knowledge of Contractors, Consultants and End-Users in Eastern Region. -Dynamic, Energetic and Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. -Strong organizational and sales management skills. -5-7 years relevant experience in Sales, Solution Development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Preferrable experience in Fire alarm systems for a manufacturer or channel partner. -Preferred to have experience in Siemens Fire safety products (Fire alarm and Fire suppression system) and/or with others leading fire systems products -Engineering bachelor’s degree from a reputable University. -Strong know-how of Fire Alarm System products and solutions. -Good understanding of Contract Terms and Conditions as per Saudi Law. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Integrative team working style with a go-getter, self-driven Attitude -Arabic & English Speaker.
