-Monitor KPIs (labor hours, punch rates, profitability) to drive results -Align field operations with Project Management and Shop Operations -Serve as final escalation point for field performance, scheduling, and safety -Oversee scheduling workflows and labor resource planning -Strengthen subcontractor and installation partner relationships

What You Bring
-Proven ability to lead through others and hold teams accountable -Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management tools (e.g., Fieldwire, Comsense, MS Project) -Experience managing both field and office-based functions -Construction experience (doors, frames, hardware) strongly preferred but not required -OSHA 30 or similar safety certification a plus -Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills -5–7+ years leading installation or construction operations
