Tasks

-Understand and execute HSE safety policies and procedures. -Address complaints, concerns, and ideas for continuous improvement. -Take initiative, seek and act on opportunities to improve organization performance -Lead people and supervise processes to ensure compliance with the procedures. Interview, hire, promote, and reprimand team members who are direct reports. -Solve problems analytically; search out relevant information & gauge its importance when making decisions -Plan daily labor to perform safe and quality work. -Support company and manager directions. Develop the team in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity measurements and execution.
