Tasks

-Champion Key Initiatives: Play a vital role in driving Sevan-wide initiatives like Safety and Sustainability, ensuring positive impacts for our people and the planet. -Preparing clear reports, drawing documentation, and digital project files. -Supporting other production-related tasks as assigned. -Set the Standard: Be a role model for professional behavior, fostering a workplace culture that motivates and inspires others. -Preparing and quality-checking Revit models, drawings, and deliverables. -Collaborating with project teams to ensure consistent application of BIM standards and workflows. -Support Development of Top Brands: Opportunity to work behind the scenes supporting efforts for industry leaders like McDonald’s, Starbucks, and 7-Eleven. -Converting point cloud survey data into accurate existing condition drawings and 3D models in AutoCAD and Revit. -Documenting key building systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing. -Maintaining accuracy, precision, and attention to detail in all deliverables.

What You Bring

-2+ years of experience creating building drawings and construction layouts using AutoCAD. -Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality production work without direct oversight. -Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines independently in a remote environment. -Ability to commute and work five days a week in our Downers Grove, IL office. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. -Strong knowledge of commercial building design standards, methods, and materials. -Highly proficient with computers, cloud storage systems, Microsoft Office applications, and video conferencing tools. -Requires reliability and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. -Knowledge of point cloud data workflows (Recap, Cyclone, or similar software). -Revit experience a plus. -Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. -Knowledge of ADA standards is preferred.
