Tasks

-Read and interpret erection/shop drawings -Install stairs, guardrails, and grab rails -Raise, align, and connect beams, columns, and assemblies -Use benchmarks and gridlines for layout -Mentor apprentices and lead small crews -Erect structural steel per OSHA & AISC standards -Maintain safety and quality standards

What You Bring

🏗️ Journeyman Ironworker – Full-Time | ATM Steel | Arizona (No Travel Required) -Rigging & signaling experience -Strong understanding of commercial construction -OSHA 10 Certification (not required, but is a plus!) -Proficiency with aerial platforms, forklifts, and hand tools -Leadership and mentoring skills -Bolt-up, weld (3G & 4G SMAW), and fabricate in the field -Dave Ramsey’s SmartDollar financial education -Comfortable working at heights -Welding certifications (maintained)
