Tasks

-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of customer excellence -Review contracts and prepare departure schedules -Create clear, concise contract summaries for internal stakeholders -Assist in preparing detailed tender response documentation -Maintain a contract catalogue to track key dates (e.g., price reviews, expiries) -Communicate clearly, positively, and promptly to support sales and operations -Upload and manage agreements in the HM LEDOX 365 contract management system
