Tasks

-Prepare project forecasts, progress reports, and risk assessments for internal and client review -Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements while maintaining client satisfaction -Provide leadership and guidance to design teams, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client objectives -Collaborate with construction management teams to integrate design and build phases effectively -Mentor and support junior staff to develop future leaders within the organization. -Manage and coordinate all phases of project and design planning, execution, and closeout in alignment with Jacobs’ delivery processes

What You Bring

-10+ years of experience in design and project management for vertical projects -Familiarity with vertical construction or community-focused buildings projects -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (Master’s preferred) -Previous experience with tribal or municipal projects and federally funded programs. -Project Management Professional (PMP) certification -Strong understanding of design standards, regulatory compliance, and project delivery methods -Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license -Experience with alternative delivery methods such as Design-Build and CMAR -Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
