Lead requirement management for LRT program ensuring traceability, compliance, and V&V.

Tasks
-Ensure all requirements are structured, measurable, and verifiable, aligned with EN 50126/50128/50129 systems assurance standards. -Monitor contractor compliance with requirements and verification plans; track status and deviations. -Support the Safety and RAMS teams in tracing safety and performance requirements through the Safety Case and certification process. -Govern configuration control and change management for requirements baselines in coordination with the Configuration Manager. -Review and approve requirements management deliverables from design consultants and contractors. -Coordinate with Integration and Testing teams to ensure validation test cases fully satisfy operational requirements. -Establish and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) linking high-level project objectives to design outputs, verification evidence, and acceptance criteria. -Develop and implement the Requirements Management Plan (RMP) defining processes, tools, roles, and interfaces for managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle. -Coordinate with Systems Lead, Interface Manager, and Integration Manager to ensure consistent requirement flow down to subsystems (Rolling Stock, Signaling/TSP, OCS/TPSS, Telecom/SCADA, Fare System, OMSF). -Facilitate requirements capture workshops with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical and functional specifications. -Ensure verification and validation (V&V) activities are linked to requirements and that all evidence is properly documented and auditable. -Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track requirement completion, V&V status, and compliance performance. -Lead readiness reviews, audits, and regulatory submissions to demonstrate compliance and system assurance. -Maintain a controlled database of all project requirements and verification evidence. -Provide training and mentorship to PMC and client teams on requirements management processes and tool usage.

What You Bring
-Organized, proactive, and disciplined approach to managing evolving baselines in dynamic project environments. -Strong analytical and configuration control skills; meticulous attention to detail. -Familiarity with safety and RAMS assurance frameworks and their linkage to requirements. -Ability to interpret complex technical documentation and translate it into structured, traceable requirements. -Deep understanding of verification and validation (V&V) methodologies and compliance audits. -Expertise in requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS, Jama Connect, or Polarion. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of influencing technical and managerial stakeholders. -Proven experience in establishing and maintaining traceability frameworks across multidisciplinary teams. -Strong knowledge of systems engineering processes and the V-model lifecycle (as per EN 50126). -12-18 years of experience in requirements management and systems engineering within major rail or transit infrastructure programs. -Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or INCOSE certification (CSEP/ASEP) preferred. -Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and embedding systems thinking within large engineering organizations. -Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
