Overview
Electrical installation, rigging, maintenance for industrial projects in NC
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Detect, recognize and respond to dangerous conditions or situations. -Run cable tray, pulls wire and bend various types of conduit. -Terminates panels utilizing LOTO -Perform work overhead, beneath structure, and from various other positions as required by working conditions. -Reviews and compares differences in the size, shape, and form of lines, figures, and objects. -Make decisions based on measurable criteria. -Complete all Safety and general job training as required by SIC. -Prepares layout, using voltage tester, wire strippers, level, pipe benders etc... -Observe SIC and Customer safety and quality processes and procedures at all times. -Rates information using standards, which can be measured or checked. -Lift and carry objects of varying weights. -Visualize objects in three dimensions from plans and drawings. -Calculate loads for single phase and three-phase branch circuits. -Plan sequence of installation to avoid obstructions and activities of other construction workers. -Follow directions, plans, and blueprints.

What You Bring
-Regular attendance is required. -Significant travel may be required. -Skilled in both written and verbal communication. -Knowledgeable with blueprints, sketches and building plans pertaining to type of material -Understands motor controls and metering. -Conditions include working in office, shop, busy traffic areas, warehouses, and undeveloped properties, with frequent exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions. -Must be able to effectively use all required PPE equipment and lift up to fifty pounds. -Must be able to safely operate all involved equipment and tools. -Must be capable of standing for long periods of time, bending consistently, working in confined spaces with limited access, on ladders, in personnel lifts, in workboats, and working in awkward body positions. -Size branch circuit overcurrent protection devices. -Must be able to safely access all areas of property, buildings, structures, wharves, rooftops and other elevated positions, as well as, confined spaces.
