Maximo Solution Architect (Principal to Staff)

Tasks

-Work with the project team and leadership to ensure success of the projects in their portfolio. -Act as a key Subject Matter Expert for technology leadership on specific technical and business topics. -Investigate and clarify business unit pain‐points, address needs, develop and communicate solution options. -Design and deliver solutions to meet complex business needs. -Participate in project decision‐making to ensure trade‐offs between project delivery and architectural goals are well‐reasoned. -Leverage standard reference architectures, design patterns, technology guidelines and standards. -Produce all architectural solution and project deliverables without assistance. -Mentor, guide and oversee one or more junior solution architects. -Active contributor in the assessment of supported business unit solution portfolio, including the development of current‐ and future‐state views of a given solution portfolio effort.

What You Bring

-10 years of relevant work experience is required. -8 years of relevant work experience is required. -Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, REACT JS, REACT Native -Ability to collaborate with business partners to evaluate alternate solutions and business work arounds -Strong business process knowledge of Work, Asset Management, Supply Chain, procurement and Fleet business functions, and current knowledge of Maximo updates and best practices. -Experience with the Maximo Application Suite 9.x is a plus as well as cloud based applications. -Experience with Maximo integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware), including WebMethods. -Familiarity with Maximo 7.6.x and IBM Websphere Application Server, familiarity with code repositories, automated testing tools, application performance toolsets, authentication and single sign on capabilities -An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered. -Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required. -Knowledge and Experience with Configuration of Maximo workflows, automation scripts, Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) including web service technologies like REST using JSON/XML, and SOAP services, Maximo Spatial, start centers, work centers, security, escalation, Crons, BIRT, QBR
