Tasks

As the primary contact for all O2C related matters in the Shared Services Centre, you will monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure high quality service delivery, drive continuous improvement, accuracy and cost effectiveness. Building strong relationships internally and externally will be key. As is the ability to lead, mentor and develop a high performing O2C team.

What You Bring

Successful applicants will hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or similar. Work experience in a shared services centre is required. You should have held a leadership position within an O2C function for at least 3 years and have built up a strong knowledge of O2C processes and ERP systems.
