Tasks

-Serve as a trusted safety and logistics partner for our clients, from initial site walk and needs analysis to project completion. -Proactively hunt for new business by prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the construction, engineering, and utility industries. -Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify new business opportunities and achieve ambitious growth targets. -Prepare and present professional proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close new business. -Become an expert on our services and technology, including MOT/TCP design, smart work zone solutions, and specialized equipment. -Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in our CRM system and provide regular reports on sales activity and forecasts. -Cultivate and deepen relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our full suite of services. -Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service delivery, guaranteeing client expectations are met and exceeded. -Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that articulate the value and safety benefits of our solutions.

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Regional Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is your opportunity to take full ownership of a sales territory, building lasting relationships with key clients in the construction, utility, and municipal sectors. You will be the face of W.D. Wright (one of Right Traffic's entities), acting as a trusted safety and logistics partner to your clients. You will spend your time in the field, on job sites, and meeting with decision-makers—not behind a desk. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with everyone from a project foreman to a company executive. -Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). -A verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas as an individual contributor. -Demonstrated experience selling to the construction, utility, public works, or a related industrial sector. -Comfortable and credible on active construction sites and in industrial environments. -A minimum of 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in a territory-based role. -ATSSA or other relevant traffic safety certifications are a major plus. -Specific experience in the traffic control industry. -The ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation; you are a natural self-starter who can manage your own schedule and pipeline effectively. -Familiarity with reading construction plans or traffic control plans (TCPs). -A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
