Tasks

-Perform all duties with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships -Demonstrate and promote a spirit of cooperation and teamwork throughout the Company -Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and patient manner -Follow all company safety programs and report any non-compliance to your Team Leader -Continually look for ways to improve our processes and ability to serve our customers effectively -Answer customer emails and correspondence quickly and pleasantly -Immediately address any customer’s concern and requests the involvement of other Company personnel as required -Manages and coordinates bid opportunities via CRM(Salesforce) -Serves as point-of contact for customers and responds to their needs in a timely manner -Provide responsive, professional and diplomatic customer service -Notify Manager or Director of Safety of any unsafe conditions -Streamline the plan and specification process to better serve Brady on public bid jobs -Interfaces with internal and external customers -Supports sales engineers as needed -Improve personal performance on a continual basis -Prepares pricing proposals accurately and in a timely manner -Prepares dimensional and weight cut sheets -Selects equipment for customers
