What You Bring

-Instructional Design, Communication, Instructor, Security, Auditor, Service and Project Management Certifications are a plus. -Very strong, and proven communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization (including senior stakeholders and executives), during the normal course of operations and during crisis. -Practical experience in delivering designing and innovating in the area of different message distribution techniques to ensure end user communities understand and continually apply the required changes. -Graduate level in Communication / Marketing / Learning and Training or equivalent practical experience. -2+ years’ experience in leading globally distributed service or project, preferably in the area of security awareness, learning & development, e-learning or communication. -Fluency in verbal English is required, excellent English-writing and English-speaking skills with presentation and training delivery skills are essential.
