Tasks

-Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site activities for construction projects -Monitor progress and performance against project plans and schedules -Manage site logistics, including material procurement and storage -Prepare progress reports and keep stakeholders informed of any developments -Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures -Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations -Manage and lead a team of on-site staff, including subcontractors and laborers -Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and engineers -Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure quality standards are met -Resolve any technical difficulties and challenges that may arise on-site

What You Bring

-Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or site supervision -Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite -Proven experience in managing large construction teams and ensuring quality control -Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or specific construction-focused qualifications are a plus -Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes -Strong communication skills, both verbal and written -Excellent leadership and organizational skills -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field -Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
