Allocate agitator trucks, coordinate deliveries and service schedules
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Use software packages to allocate work for agitator trucks. -Maintain service schedules and coordinate servicing for company fleet. -Ensure Chain of Responsibility and other national heavy vehicles requirements are always adhered to. -Liaise with internal and external customers regarding delivery requirements.

What You Bring
-Demonstrated ability to prioritise work effectively in an environment of constant change. -Computer literate with previous experience in Microsoft Office essential. -Understanding of national heavy vehicle & Chain of responsibility requirements desired (training can be provided). -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with diverse people. -Previous experience in a customer service/planning/scheduling function desired but not essential as training can be provided.
