Tasks

-Ensure that all compliance activities are conducted in accordance with Client governance requirements, PMCM procedures, and FIFA regulations. -Provide specialized input on key operational and technical areas, including field of play, seating geometry, broadcast and media zones, hospitality, accessibility, and spectator safety systems. -Review technical and operational documents to verify readiness for FIFA inspection and certification at each project stage, including testing and commissioning. -Participate in design review meetings and site inspections to confirm the stadium’s alignment with FIFA certification milestones. -Provide input into the stadium’s legacy strategy, ensuring the design supports long-term community and sporting use beyond the tournament phase. -Assist in the preparation of readiness reports, operational test plans, and documentation required for final FIFA sign-off. -Advise on match-day operations, logistics, and circulation planning to ensure full compliance with FIFA functional area requirements and event-readiness protocols. -Coordinate with the Lead Design Consultant (LDC), Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) contractors, and PMCM team to integrate FIFA overlay and operational requirements into permanent design solutions. -Support the Project Director in liaising with FIFA-appointed technical delegates, ensuring that all design and construction information is properly prepared and submitted for review. -Review all design and construction documentation to ensure compliance with FIFA Stadium Technical Regulations, Overlay Requirements, and relevant international sporting standards.

What You Bring

-Proven track record of involvement in projects delivered for major tournaments such as the FIFA World Cup, AFC Asian Cup, or other global sporting events. -In-depth understanding of FIFA Stadium Technical Requirements, operational overlay guidelines, and match-day logistics. -Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Sports Facility Management from a recognized university. -Minimum 20 years of professional experience in the design, construction, or operational planning of FIFA, AFC, or equivalent international sports facilities. -Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary design and construction teams to achieve compliance with international sporting standards. -Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills to interface effectively with FIFA, Client representatives, and regulatory authorities.
