Overview

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of property management processes.

Tasks

-Ensure processes support compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. -Define KPIs and success metrics for key processes. -Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and risks in current operations; implement solutions that improve performance, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. -Act as a liaison between leadership and field/property teams to ensure clear communication and execution of company initiatives. -Collaborate with department heads to understand operational needs and incorporate feedback into process design. -Monitor performance and deliver regular reports to executive leadership on efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation. -Design, document, and implement standardized workflows across leasing, maintenance, accounting, HR, and resident services. -Frequently sit, stand and walk.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field -Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary. -Regularly required to talk or hear. -Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls. -Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. -Proven success implementing process frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen. -Strong leadership and change management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority. -No travel required at this time -Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. -Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, etc.) and productivity tools (MS Office Suite, project management platforms). -Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. -5+ years of progressive experience in operations, process improvement, or project management; property management or real estate industry experience strongly preferred. -Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
