Tasks

-Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company tendering procedures -Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders during the tender process -Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions across multiple project sectors -Assist in value engineering, cost planning, and design development stages -Source subcontractor and supplier pricing and evaluate submissions -Analyse drawings, specifications, and scope documents

What You Bring

-Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar -Sound knowledge of construction costs, procurement, and methodology -Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and analytical skills -3-6+ years' experience as an Estimator in commercial construction -Confident communicator with strong time management and organisation -Strong background in new build, refurbishment, or fit out projects
