The Role
Overview
Manage government material/property, logistics, warehousing, and ILS duties.

Tasks
-Perform customer service activities to include but not limited to, answering telephones, communicating with site customers, carrier representatives and drivers. -Replenish stock item materials in order to support site maintenance. -Monitors material/property management and logistics processes and identifies areas where improvements can be implemented. -load and unload cargo from vehicles and or trailers. -Oversee classified material collection and destruct IAW site standards and procedures as required. -Ensure proper handling of all sensitive, classified, and/or hazardous materials and equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements. -Supports transportation of Government material and property and couriers cargo by operating vehicles and forklifts. -Performs physical inventories of Government material and property. -Provide surge support to various cross-functional teams supporting Fluor initiatives on-site. -Maintain material/property management logs and process inputs into the SAP databases. -dispose of and recycle materials in accordance with site standard operating procedures. -Supports ILS special project assignments from the ILS manager, contract management, and the customer, as required. -Promptly and accurately maintains a material and property control systems for all Government material/property to ensure highest audit ratings are sustained at the Site. -Operate forklift, pallet jack, dollies/carts, and other critical equipment as required. -Perform work that may require sorting or movement of materials up to 40lbs without assistance from others. -Clean and maintain vehicles, warehouse, and office areas, as required. -Perform distribution-related functions (receiving, storing, shipping, and building of loads/pallets. -Monitors contract, Federal Acquisition Regulation and changes affecting Government material and property including accountability, identification, shipping, receiving, control, use, maintenance, storage and disposition. -Notify the client upon discovery of equipment, supplies and material that are missing and/or damaged. -Provide inventory status reporting, weekly activities report, and other metrics as required. -Operate government owned vehicles and equipment required to complete daily duties.

-Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job -Good computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and electronic presentation programs. -Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and two (2) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to six (6) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements -Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner -Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge (I.e., ability to use email, internet, Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel, to effectively conduct company business on the program). Some positions may require an increased level of computer knowledge, depending on the required duties of the position. -Advanced computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and electronic presentation programs. -Working toward applicable professional certification(s) or license(s). -High School Diploma or equivalent appropriate General Certificates of Secondary Education or global equivalent, however four (4) year accredited degree or global equivalent preferred. -A thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures and Federal Acquisition Regulations for Government Property and the Federal Supply Classification System. -Experience should be primarily in the area of material management. -Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors -Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines -Will be required to travel, as well as occasional overnight stays, to attend to business related matters. -Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license. -Ability to communicate fluently in English (read, write, and speak). -Good interpersonal and communication skills. -Position requires the flexibility and performance of a multitude of Integrated Logistics Support functions related to material management, property management, transportation, shipping/receiving, material handling, and warehousing. -Must possess a clearance at the TS/SCI access level, and have favorably completed a government issued Polygraph.
