Tasks

We are looking for BIM Coordinators to join a dynamic construction team in Dublin. You’ll work on high-profile projects, producing and managing 3D BIM models, coordinating workflows, and ensuring project standards are met. -Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) -Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) -Conduct clash detection and model checks -Produce accurate 3D models and construction drawings -Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients

What You Bring

2+ Years’ Experience | Office-Based -Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks; Dynamo a plus -Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM workflows -Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills -Understanding of MEP, Architectural, and Structural Revit models -2+ years’ BIM experience (main contractor experience advantageous)
