Tasks

-Assemble complex systems, including motors, compressors, gearboxes, lube oil systems, piping, instrumentation, and electrical components, often for large-scale packaged systems weighing over 200,000 kg. -Collaborate within a cross-functional Siemens Energy team to achieve high-quality standards, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. -Plan daily activities, follow detailed assembly instructions, use specialized tools, maintain accurate quality records, and ensure tools and equipment are prepared for assembly tasks. -Perform mechanical assembly, packaging, and testing of gas turbines and compressors for industries such as Power Generation, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemicals. -Ensure compliance with company policies, including HR, EHS, and QMS requirements, while monitoring key performance indicators such as non-conformance items, on-time delivery, and safety actions.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of industry best practices, international standards, and field service experience with gas turbines or compressors is advantageous. -Strong team player and communicator, fostering a "speak-up" culture and taking ownership of responsibilities. -Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English, with Arabic language skills preferred. -Demonstrates proactivity, reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic. -Qualification in packaging production or engineering, with hands-on experience in assembly and packaging of rotating equipment (e.g., pipework, welding, electrical, and instrumentation systems).
