Provides admin support to Operations Manager, handling office tasks and project assistance.

Tasks

-Maintains appropriate records, files, documentation, etc. -Maintains confidentiality of all information. -Utilizes the assistance of others on “as needed” project basis. -Assists the location Operations Manager with the day-to-day operation of the location office. -Receives and directs visitors. -Works with project teams to ensure attainment of project objectives. -Organizes and prioritizes workload to meet deadlines. -Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements. -Answers and screens telephone calls, takes messages, provides information, or redirects calls as appropriate. -Arranges meetings and conferences and prepares and distributes meeting agendas and minutes as required. -Prepares, composes, and initiates correspondence, memoranda, presentation materials, and reports.

What You Bring

-Bilingual: English and Spanish Speaking -Experience: Strong executive administrative, organization, computer, and communication skills. -Education: Highschool/college graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience.
