Tasks

-Prepares, coordinates, and directs Project Controls change management related presentations to Bechtel and client management, as required. -Leads change management training and the implementation of training programs. -Develops and reviews risk breakdown structures, risk libraries, and risk identification tools and frameworks in support of project needs. -Provides leadership and guidance for the analysis of specially assigned risk initiatives or work planning requiring detailed risk development, assessment, and response planning efforts. -Develops and maintains project Risk Management Plan (RMP) metrics, and reports. -Leads integration of the change management process with other key project procedures (e.g. Risk Management, Forecasting, Cost, Trends, and Claims and support corporate, Global Business Unit, commercial group, and functional stakeholders in managing change-related activities as required. -Prepares, coordinates, and directs Project Controls risk management related presentations. -Provides oversight, training, mentoring, and ensures capability of Project Risk Coordinator(s) and Project Risk Specialist(s) in conducting PERM activities toward the attainment of project objectives. -Provides structured leadership and guidance for the overall execution of Project Execution Risk Management (PERM) activities. -Directs project control change management activities. Develops, interprets, and executes policy, objectives, and standards applicable to change management activities. -Provides leadership in terms of integrating the risk management process with other key project procedures (e.g. Change Management, Forecasting, Cost, Trends, and Claims and supports corporate, GBU, commercial group, and functional stakeholders in managing enterprise level PERM activities as required.

-Demonstrated capability to work with commercial and technical functions to effect risk and baseline change management. -Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems. -Strong communication skills to influence, drive and coach the team in effective risk and change management at all stages of delivery. -Proven track record of successful project change management and full exposure to project controls practices (EVMS, baseline trending). -Must be able to obtain site security badge for access to work site. -Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience. -Demonstrated experience in delivery, communication, and risk training and change management processes and procedures. -Experience implementing change management systems that complement contractual arrangements. -Significant engineering and construction management experience customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience. -Demonstrated skill in establishing criteria for and directing change management activities. -Demonstrated use of PERM tools and methods including use of Active Risk Manager (ARM) software, RISK, and Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA) and/or Acumen Risk and including risk statement drafting, preparation of treatment plans, and providing written risk analysis and reports for senior management. -Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check including verification of employment, education, and travel. -US citizenship is required by contract requirement.
