Tasks

-Introduce clients to the Yardi suite of marketing products and services. -Partner with Technical Account Management team during client training sessions related to new software upgrades and functionality. -Assists in the support of client software setup and configuration. -Provide amazing customer support while learning to assist clients with troubleshooting software concerns.

What You Bring

-Database or data warehouse courses as well as exposure to SQL and/or MS Access -Great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional. -Experience in Property Management Software Solutions -Intellectual curiosity and the ability research and learn new concepts. -Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities comfortably. -Junior or senior level college hours with a major in Marketing, Digital Media, Visual Design, Communications or General Business. -Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow processes. -Essential customer service skills and commitment to go the extra mile. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills
