The Role
Overview
Manage mail/package services, sorting, routing, logistics, and facility support.

Tasks
-Manage facilities requests in the account work order system and assist with moves, dock activity, and event setup/teardown -Research and follow-up with customers regarding tracking mail and packages -Screen unclassified mail and determine appropriate distribution -Process and handle all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper routing and labeling -Monthly reporting -Maintain logs for incoming mail from vendors, mail delivery to customers, and all packages -Handle special request mail responsibilities including UPS, Federal Express, and courier services

What You Bring
-At least two years of experience in related skills applicable to corporate mailroom operations -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word -Associate’s degree preferred -Customer service experience in corporate or business environment -Previous experience in facility management or work order systems -High school diploma required -Will be required to stand for long periods of time -Must be able to operate required mailroom machinery in a safe and approved manner -Knowledge of current postal codes, procedures, and regulations -Experience with bulk mail processing and special mailing requirements -Experience with UPS, Federal Express, and courier services -Must be able to adequately perform required job functions including lifting, bending, and moving to perform job tasks safely -Ability to create and implement process and procedures for the department. -Time card approval -Knowledge of mailroom equipment operation and maintenance -Strong organizational and time management skills -Must perform physical tasks such as lifting up to fifty (50) pounds
