Tasks
-Owning and growing a portfolio of regional and national property management and ownership accounts -Collaborating with peers to share insights and apply best practices -Guiding customers through material specifications, contractor qualification, and project execution -Leading and mentoring a team of Commercial Account Managers -Logging activities and tracking project outcomes -Building long-term relationships through digital engagement and in-person visits -Identifying new business opportunities and private project leads -Partnering with Product Managers to ensure accurate quoting and timely delivery

What You Bring
-B2B sales experience, ideally in building materials or construction -The ability to work remotely and from local branch offices -A proven track record managing large, complex accounts -Experience with Salesforce and business intelligence tools like Tableau -Physical ability to perform essential job functions (e.g., site visits) -Deep knowledge of industry trends, financials, and customer needs -A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite -Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
