Tasks

-Responsible for the Revit project Template and feedback to the business Template -Assure information is provided at milestone submittals and for conctractor --Determine the project BIM geo-reference point(s), and assures all technical discipline models are properly referenced -Assure proper BIM derived 2d information for paper printing as required and conforms CAD standards -Coordinate the setup of shared file server --Coordinate BIM file exchange and archiving of milestone submittals -Carry out Clash Detection and assist engineers -Provide design deliverables in accordance with the format specified (PXP) -Maintain BIM models during project Installation / As Built, before team has left the project. Deliver Pointcloud in some cases. --Identify changes of incoming models from external parties --Coordinate the use of a shared file server / CDE -Perform Model Coordination -Ensuring all quality of all BIM related document with proper review --Attend BIM progress / Coordination meetings -Ensuring interoperability of different software used in the project implementation --Coordinate with suppliers to receive compatible 3D Model -Coordinate team file management -Is the Revit expert and project consultant for Layout Engineers / BIM modellers. -Support in the creating of clash reports and communication of clashes. -Upload and download BIM Documents --The coordination of equipment deployment including but not limited to conveyors, CCTV, power supply connection, data point connection, fire services interfacing etc. -Determine the project BIM geo-reference point(s), and assures all technical discipline models are properly referenced. -Contribute to keep BEP and EIR up to date -Assemble composite design model for coordination meetings -Perform Clash Coordination -Interface with Design Team BIM and IT Managers to ensure software is installed and operating properly
