-Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience -Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies -HVAC Certified -Maintenance Experience -Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology. -Valid Driver's License -Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
