Tasks

Join our dynamic engineering team in leafy North Sydney and deliver complex hydraulic engineering projects while contributing to innovative infrastructure solutions across diverse sectors. -Satisfy codes, standards, project and quality requirements. -Client/design meetings and site inspections. -Direct client engagement throughout the project lifecycle. -Provide a CV and cover letter demonstrating your skills and experience. -Calculations and return briefs. -Build and maintain strong working relationships across all stakeholders. -Hands-on mentoring and coaching of junior engineers and designers. -Carry out design calculations and return briefs, working to project timelines and budget. -Project administration including scheduling, estimating and report preparation. -Deliver detailed design for all elements of Hydraulics, including including hot & cold water, sanitary plumbing & drainage, storm water drainage, gas services, fire services, domestic wastewater treatment systems. -Multi-disciplinary team coordination and project management.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hydraulic Engineer to join our growing team. With solid local experience, you have a strong design understanding, are team and delivery focused, and have a positive attitude and passion for growth. -Practical knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and National Code of Construction. -Proactive and innovative approach to solutions -Proficiency with latest technology – REVIT/AutoCAD, BIM360, HYENA, Microsoft Suite including Office and OneDrive. -Maintain technical understanding and knowledge base in Hydraulics. -Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with the client, project team and internal teams. -5+ years’ experience in Australian building services, ideally in consulting. -Proven project, organisation and time management skills. -Extensive experience with complex hydraulic services engineering concept to construction completion. -Intelligent and articulate verbal and written communication skills. -Experience leading and coordinating multi-discipline discipline projects including managing client expectations. -Tertiary qualification in Engineering, or equivalent industry experience. -Ability to multitask, balance high attention to detail with efficiency while meeting project commitments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Routinely demonstrate your ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with the client, project team and internal teams. -Revit design and modelling experience highly regarded. -Problem-solve complex design challenges, delivering exceptional solutions for clients.
