Tasks

-Maintain training records and ensure compliance with industry regulations -Assist with other Talent Development projects as assigned -Collaborate with department leaders to create training materials that align with company policies and objectives -Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent development. -Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and development opportunities -Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels -Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and workshops -Support onboarding initiatives by developing orientation programs for new hires -Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessment tools

What You Bring

-2+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the construction or power delivery industry -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field -Creative problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement in employee development -Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback -Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) -Ability to adapt training methodologies to meet diverse learning styles -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Strong presentation and facilitation skills
