Tasks

-Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions. -Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes. -Setting quality assurance standards in design. -Grow, develop and manage ICA engineering capability within the practice. -Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels. -Defining briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.

What You Bring

-Experience in owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design. -Expert knowledge on current UK design standards, working practices and national guidance. -Chartered Electrical/Instrumentation Engineer. -Comprehensive knowledge in ICA design (instrumentation, PLC and SCADA systems), motor Control Centres/Switchgear, system architecture, fieldbus/communication networks, P&ID’s, ATEX installation practice, functional safety, development of control specifications (URS/FDS), schedules and system requirements within process/industrial environment.
