Tasks
-Analyse market data and prepare reports on sales performance, market penetration, and new business development initiatives. -Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and target sectors. -Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic business development plans -Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business. -Proactively engage with prospective clients through networking events, cold calling, and online platforms. -Develop and Deliver Compelling Proposals: -Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth. -Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: -Present proposals to clients, addressing concerns, objections, and negotiating contract terms for mutually beneficial agreements. -Develop a deep understanding of Justo's products, services, and value proposition. -Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations addressing client requirements and showcasing our capabilities. -Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.

What You Bring
-Skills and Competencies: Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently or within a team. -Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem & current market trends. -Educational Qualifications: Preferred: MBA or other relevant advanced degrees. -Experience: 5-10 Years -Experience: Proven track record in business development (preferably in the real estate). -Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office, Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software for reporting and presentations.
