As the Production General Shift Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—guiding and energizing a team of production professionals to deliver top-tier results. You’ll oversee every aspect of the production process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. With a sharp eye on performance and a passion for people, you’ll foster a safe, supportive, and high-performing environment where every team member thrives. This is your opportunity to make a real difference in a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role that shapes the future of our manufacturing success. -Lead & Supervise: Guide hourly production staff to ensure efficient operations and achievement of daily goals. -Optimize Resources: Manage workforce scheduling, monitor production/testing data, and utilize labor effectively during both production and downtime. -Maintain Equipment: Oversee equipment upkeep and coordinate preventive and emergency maintenance to maximize utilization. -Develop & Empower Teams: Mentor operators to build ownership, accountability, and a collaborative team culture. -Ensure Safety & Cleanliness: Promote a safe, organized work environment through regular safety checks, meetings, and housekeeping standards. -Drive Quality & Performance: Monitor product and process standards, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to meet targets.

What You Bring
-Minimum 4 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment. -Willingness to work a DuPont schedule (rotating 12-hour shifts). -Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and payroll systems (ADP) is a plus. -At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. -Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to align teams toward common goals. -Proven ability to quickly analyze and resolve complex situations. -Technical understanding of manufacturing processes; experience with nonwovens, winding, or extrusion is a plus.
