Tasks

-Monitor and develop actions for continued improvement in environmental performance to meet regulations. -Develop and implement strategic plans to improve OEE to meet production demands of the growing Teslin business and contribute to overall goals of the facility. -Collaborate with all departments including project engineering, maintenance, supply chain, EHS, technical department, and any other function required to meet goals. -Meet all business metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost along with employee engagement and culture.

What You Bring

-7+ years minimum experience managing individuals. -Hands-on leadership style required, willing to get involved to help solve problems, trouble shoot. -Bachelor's degree required, chemical or mechanical engineering preferred. -Experience with EHS, experience building a safety culture. -Previous experience with continuous improvement methodologies required (Lean preferred)
