Tasks

-Maintain a positive and professional attitude to deliver excellent customer experiences. -Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. -Respond to customer queries promptly, ensuring issues are resolved effectively. -Accurately log all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records. -Support the team with reporting, correspondence, and other clerical duties as required. -Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary. -Provide information on products, services, and policies. -Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner. -Process customer requests and ensure documentation is completed correctly. -Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating customer records.

What You Bring

-Need to negotiation skills and handling of rejection -Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service role. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Strong administrative and organisational skills. -Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively. -Experience using customer databases or CRM systems (desirable). -Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using CRM systems. -Previous administrative experience is essential. -Confident handling customer queries with patience and professionalism. -Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally phone-based.
