Vice President

Overview

Oversees branch P&L, sales, business development, HR and operations to drive profitability.

Tasks

-Acquire, maintain, and protect company assets -Hold team accountable to job specific, minimum target margins. -Follow and implement Federal, State, and local laws including OSHA, IICRC, MSDS sheets, safety -Ensure exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction are achieved per goal -Ensure usage and compliance with management software and systems -Manage expenses to all established budgets. -Oversight of project schedules and adherence to start and completion dates to drive revenue -Drive project schedules and revenue to ensure monthly revenue targets are met or exceeded. -Manage weekly production and WIP reports -Ensure proper project management practices are followed -Oversight of time keeping and payroll management. -Follow and implement Federal, State, and local employment laws -Diamond Influencer relationships, including brokers, insurance adjuster, independent adjusters, consultants, hygienist, architects, engineers, etc. -Ensure employee development and retention by coaching, training, and mentoring team members. -Manage Overall P&L at Office Level to Drive Profitability -Manage overall office budget and expenses -Ensure BluSky paperwork and file documentation requirements are met, with focus on contracts, work authorizations, and subcontractor agreements -Meet or exceed overall office sales, revenue, and EBITDA goals. -Manage accounts receivables per company goals -Support Business Development activities and relationship building. -Foster the BluSky Best Practices and company culture. -Ensure all employees follow regulatory and BluSky Safety Program. -Support sales teams in developing new business opportunities by identifying and fostering professional trade partner relationships and referral channels as follows: -Implement, in partnership with Human Resources, new hire orientation, and performance management planning. -Manage accounts payables per company goals -Drive profitability to meet or exceed established office goals. -Responsible for supporting recruiting efforts by identifying and attracting top talent.

What You Bring

-5+ years insurance restoration experience preferred -System utilization and data integrity. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms such as LinkedIn -Adheres to all company Best Practices -Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record -Achieve training goals and minimum attendance as established by BluSky. -3+ years management experience preferred -Must be able to travel in response to project needs and leadership functions -Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal and external contacts throughout the project management process -Strong business development experience with a proven track record of success -Must be able to attend Business Development networking functions as required -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience required
