The Company
About Vaa Llc
-Headquartered in Minneapolis with regional offices in Sioux Falls and New Orleans, the firm operates across North America and abroad. -While rooted in agribusiness projects like grain, seed and fertilizer facilities, they’ve grown into broader sectors such as food processing, biofuels and bulk handling terminals. -Their integrated project management model weaves planning, architecture and engineering into unified execution from concept to commissioning. -Typical projects include soybean processing plants, crude‑oil transload facilities, port and river terminal designs, and industrial buildings. -They leverage niche capabilities—dust hazard analysis, general arrangement, life‑safety code compliance—that set them apart in complex heavy‑industry environments. -VAA’s story is one of partnerships: building long‑term client relationships by understanding daily operations and tailoring flexible, future‑ready designs. -Their geographic expansion—like the New Orleans office—reflects a strategic alignment with growth corridors (e.g. Lower Mississippi, Gulf industrial markets). -Under steady private ownership, the firm delivers mid‑sized firm agility with deep technical breadth, often tackling high‑complexity industrial and infrastructure projects.
