Tasks

-Consistently stand and greet all Prospects and offer refreshments -Using Company approved material and procedures quote prices and lease terms -Promote a professional and courteous attitude with residents and peers -Answer phones using a strong and professional greeting approved at the community. Paint “word pictures” to describe community to future residents and attempt to set an appointment with the prospect -Conduct leasing tours with prospective residents. Follow-up on results -Use company service requests software to properly fill out and communicate resident needs to Maintenance Manager -Provide move in coordination and new home orientation support -Respond to resident communications via email, phone calls, and voicemails

What You Bring

-Good verbal skills -Ability to read and write English fluently, and the ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions -Strong organizational skills -Telephone etiquette -Professional appearance and demeanour -Previous customer service work or property management experience is beneficial, but not required for this entry level leasing and service associate position -Ability to communicate well with people and create an atmosphere for them to feel comfortable quickly -Strong customer service representation
