Overview
Manage 300 waste‑service accounts, drive retention, growth and cross‑selling in London.

Tasks
-Manage portfolio of approximately 300 accounts worth £1m-£3m in annual gross sales revenue -Maintain accurate Salesforce records of all customer communications and activities -Manage business relationships focused on retention, solution development, and growth -Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities within energy and water businesses -Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with Customer Experience, Sales and Operations teams -Manage customer renewals in accordance with internal governance processes -Drive customer retention and account growth across allocated portfolio -Provide timely, professional responses to customer enquiries and minimise service failures -Resolve disputes with Customer Credit Control team and manage debt levels

What You Bring
-Experience delivering professional presentations -Advanced relationship management and communication skills -UK driving licence essential as extensive travel is required -Previous sales and/or account management experience in waste management industry preferable -Financial acumen and proficient financial management capabilities
