Tasks

The Drilling Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all drilling operations on-site to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution in compliance with company standards and industry best practices. -Ensure all equipment and materials are available and maintained in proper condition. -Supervise drilling crews and ensure compliance with drilling programs, safety standards, and operational procedures. -Prepare and submit daily drilling reports and progress updates. -Monitor drilling parameters and ensure adherence to the drilling plan. -Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement on the rig site. -Coordinate with drilling engineers, geologists, and other technical staff to resolve operational issues.

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in drilling operations, wellsite supervision, or petroleum field activities. -Familiar with safety and environmental standards (HSE compliance). -H2S and First Aid Training. -Effective leadership and communication skills. -Well Control (IWCF or IADC) – preferred. -Strong understanding of drilling operations, rig systems, and well control. -Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
