  • Have a passion for design and people and project management, and possess a thorough knowledge of architectural design, drafting, detailing, building materials, building codes, construction techniques, and costs.
  • Have an active professional architectural license and be in good standing.
  • Have a solid knowledge of the aviation market and be capable of marketing services to existing and new clients, and adept at mentoring and encouraging a team to maximize their abilities.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field from an accredited program and 15 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Possess strong leadership, analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly.
