-Coach and mentor graduates and early-career professionals to strengthen technical capability and support professional development within the team. -Support the delivery of transmission and distribution projects for public and private sector clients throughout NZ and Australia. -Act as Design Manager, Technical Lead or Lead Verifier on a range of projects. -Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to develop innovative, practical engineering solutions while proactively managing client expectations and ensure timely project delivery.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver high quality outcomes within tight timeframes. -A minimum of 10 years’ experience in substation design, including HV underground cable and switchroom design, ideally within New Zealand. -A bachelor’s degree in electrical or power systems engineering (or equivalent).
-Launched as a bold independent infrastructure consultancy from a merger of five legacy firms dating back over a century. -Handles everything from geotech to electro-mechanical systems, as seen in the award-winning Romaine Hydroelectric Complex in Canada. -Guides projects through every lifecycle stage in transportation, buildings, water systems, energy, and environmental sectors.
