Tasks

-Participate in client presentations and interviews -Collaborate with internal departments including Estimating and Business Development -Manage contracts, purchase orders, and change orders from development through execution -Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and uphold quality standards -Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion -Implement QA/QC procedures to identify and resolve issues early -Enforce safety protocols through consistent site inspections and adherence to safety plans -Mentor team members, resolve conflicts, and strengthen subcontractor partnerships -Review and process accurate monthly billing statements -Monitor gross profit targets and take proactive steps to meet financial goals -Oversee project budgets and provide monthly financial updates with forecasts -Maintain strong client communication and lead weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings -Build and maintain relationships with clients, owners, and design teams

What You Bring

-Experience managing projects up to $20 million -15+ years of overall field experience preferred -OSHA 10 certification -10+ years of experience in General Contracting (GC) or Construction Management (CM) -Proven success managing projects over $5 million -Strong technical skills in construction engineering and tools such as Bluebeam -Proficiency in Procore or similar project management platforms
