Tasks
-Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support business transformation and scalability -Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, measure impact, and continuously improve HR programs and processes -Handles discipline and termination of Team Members in accordance with company policy -Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement -Harness HR data, uncover patterns, and generate predictive insights that inform strategic workforce planning and talent management -Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new HR staff -Oversees the daily workflow of the department -Build HR capabilities across the team to support evolving business needs and talent priorities -Ensure HR operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with best practices -Serve as a key member of the HR leadership team and a strategic advisor to senior executives across key organizational functions -Provides constructive and timely performance feedback and evaluations -Champion a high-performance culture aligned with Mission Rock’s values and growth ambitions -Translate business objectives into integrated HR strategies that drive performance, innovation, and employee engagement -Drive enterprise-wide talent strategies including succession planning, leadership development, and diversity, & inclusion

What You Bring
-7-10 years of progressive HR experience -Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Paylocity) and HR analytics tools -Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization -Proven success in supporting a high-growth or transformation-focused business -PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred) -Deep expertise in organizational development, talent strategy, and change leadership
