-Manage supplies, equipment, and accurate completion of daily paperwork -Conduct regular quality checks and address issues promptly -Identify process improvements for efficiency and safety -Oversee all evening cleaning operations, ensuring standards and schedules are consistently met -Act as point of contact for clients and site management during evening shifts -Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members -Train, motivate, and support team members—fostering a positive, accountable culture
